Seating Capacity: 200 Upper level, 120 Lower level

April – October only 1/2 of the Lower level is available for groups, the other half is reserved for golf members and guests and restaurant use.

Upper level can be divided off with a curtain to seat groups up to 100 in one section and 75 in the other.

Many Bar packages available.
Wine may be brought in for serving but will be subject to a per-bottle corking/service fee.

Food Packages are tailored to meet your needs.
Sample options are as follows:


  • Soup and Sandwich/Cold Meat
  • 1-2-3 Meat Buffet with potato choice, steamed vegetable, dinner roll and salad
  • Burger bar, Pizza buffet, Pasta bar, Italian buffet, Picnic Style lunch buffet (Hot beef, pulled pork, chessy turkey) or burgers, brats and hot dogs.

Seated Meals:
Many meal choices available.

The Woods Grill & Bar requires a final count on food and beverage quantities no less than 3 days prior to the event.

Audio/visual equipment is not currently available, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Facility Usage Fee due upon booking. $250 – $1,000 per event.

If required, additional security for dances, coat check and valet parking will be the renter’s responsibility.

Tax and gratuity will be added to all groups.
